I will have no problems bringing back 3v3, however I was also thinking about running like a TPG2 for older maps to break up some of the same maps being played every season. And for the ppl that dont like the old maps have the option of just not playing in TPG2 but can still participate in TPG1. So that is another idea I had in mind and have had people pm me about it. It would have been nice to run it in a 7v7 format, because of the bigger older maps, but getting players to add a slot to server might not go over to well. I do feel if teams did wish to participate in a say 7v7 they would add one. So in anycase 3v3 or TPG2 or both maybe in the works. The ESL thing to me does not look promising. I am always willing to hear opinions for or against an idea. I personally think a thursday TPG2 or 3v3 would be better. Its like a halfway point from matches on sundays.

If it was flash before it got redone and made, well, better...why not just use flash? I remember the very first season of 3v3, it used all stock maps. It was a lot of fun. Now all of these custom maps that just aren't meant to be played (tpg_arena was darker than railroad1 and donner combined). It doesn't matter in the end. If another season is made, I'm sure we'll still be playing even if it is that map endlessly. 3v3 was always just more fun than 6v6 these past 2 seasons anyway.

Actually those stats I posted a link to are from the first 14 seasons. I never added in season 15.

The fc in dod_fc stands for flash classic. This map used to be called dod_flash, but it was redone and much improved and included as a stock map in retail thus the original had to be renamed from dod_flash. Despite the clipping issues I felt this map was a great fit for TPG 3v3, because of its size and layout. When I ran TPG 3v3 (the first 15 seasons) it was the second most used map across preseason, regular season, and playoffs. I believe it was fairly requested for the season rotations by the teams that played in TPG 3v3 back in the day.

good progress im glad im not the only one enjoying 3v3! I think tuesday is a better night, mondays will run into holidays and doesnt really work as well when u cant schedule around them. but aslong as its running ill make it work!

yeah id like this to come back it would be fun , I wouldn't mind playing on Mondays, just dod_anduze has to be in the rotation(BEST MAP EVER)

I think I can get next 3v3 season up and running but first we need to decide a new day because wednesdays nights are supposed to hold ESL matches
