Also team limits are not necessary, your just gonna remove some of the part timers from the community and we need them. They help fill in as a 6th from time to time, in reality if they wanted to be starting they would just change teams are form another one but they want to be back ups.

I like splitting the talent up. I dont mind getting stomped once and a while if i can get alittle better from it. In every professional league their are good and bad teams (I know we're not that but gimme a chance here) and it gives a chance for upsets and sometime fun matches. The playoffs can be expanded to a winner/loser bracket and our top division wont diminish by seasons end as it sadly did this season.

Keep the 3 division. In terms of TPG Invite, there should be some sort of placement tournament to determine how teams fair against other invite teams. That would prevent a lot of people bitchin'. Personally, I don't see how it would work since there is a DoD Draft and it may delay the next TPG season.

roster limit (10-12 people) = more teams

I've said this twice, and hope one of them reads its, but i am hoping for a ROSTER LIMIT. This game needs as many teams as possible and theres no point to have 15 people on your team, especially when some of those people 12 man all day then never play a match.

This would also prevent massive roster changes at teh end of the season/roster hopping. Stick with your 6 people, stop being dicks.
