haha believe it or not we had 8-10ft surf this weekend, however it was so windblown that most the time it was worthless... in the morning it's gonna be the best we'll have for a few weeks, 5-7ft with clean offshore winds... wew

Yeah my plan was to head down there as a birthday present for myself, because I'm so damn surf deprived. I'm just gonna check surf-forecast and go for a nice couple days (hopefully above 3 ft )

Hit me up if there are any storm swells coming in, and I'll certainly head down to padre.

however 5th week my truck is in the shop and I've woken up way too early.. fucking surf is 5-6ft and the wind has finally died to 5-10mph and tide is going out as the sun goes out.. fucking so bummed goddddddamnit

between pawn shops / different surf shops here I'm pretty sure you could find something in the 200$ range.. don't even worry about a wet suit, lol.. I've been rocking it in boardies for nearly a month already, the water is between 75/76 right now already hahha..

since galveston is much closer to you, i'd suggest going there when you catch a somewhat decent swell (rofl its texas but i'd make the trip to spi for any hurricane/storm swell...

I'm headed to spi wednesday to kick it down there for two days for my birthday, surf is gonna be asstastic 2-3ft but oh well.. it was 8-10ft for the past two days down here but so wind blown that it was probably the exact opposite of what we can consider clean..
