Pretty sure they may consider it some type of "computer hacking". Which, in itself, is quite the punishable offense. I believe it becomes federal when the offense is very serious. Either way, its highly, highly frowned upon by any level of government.

It becomes federal when it occurs across state lines and there is a federal law prohibiting it.

Hasn't this guy been banned from leagues for years? I think that's what I've read on the forums. I mean, this goes beyond the point of trying to troll some idiot because he's a loser- I think this guy needs legitimate therapy.
