They really need to just make a movie trilogy of the Grand Admiral Thrawn storyline. Hell yeah I read star wars books in 6th grade.

i wasnt kinda like oh no at first, but after I read all the news and sifted through all the details of the conference call from Disney, I'm excited about this.

Lucas isn't writing or directing, only providing the core elements of the story and plot. That is an AMAZING start to the new trilogy.

The last time Lucas didn't write or direct, we got Empire and Jedi. nuff said

It's like when Disney bought out Marvel... Sony bought the rights to Spider-Man before the whole deal with Disney went down, and they still own the rights going forward. So there won't be any Disney produced Spider-Man movies until this deal is up and it's also why we'll never see Spidey in the Avenger movies. Sucks in general though lol

Disney didn't get the rights to Indy unfortunately, Paramount still own's those and are planning on more movies in the future :(

Depending on who comes in to direct the movie, it could actually be really really good. Lucas is only going to be there for creative consulting, which is fine... the guy has some amazing ideas when it comes to the Star Wars universe, he just can't direct worth a shit lol

Stars Wars 7 otw! Hope they can bring back harrison ford as han solo as well as chewie. The new trilogy had good vfx but their characters missed the charisma that the old trilogy had! Excited though!! :)
