I created a section on the TPG home page in the menu on the left to list inactive leagues. That way people will be able to go there to find past champions, map downloads, and other information about those leagues that are no longer active. It is only on the home page, because I didn't want to clog up the dropdown or the league pages with a list of inactive leagues.
