I say let's make a random draft of around 2-3 NA teams vs 2-3 Euro random draft teams and just go at it and settle this. Oh wait, we've settled this thing plenty of times

I just came back to 1.3 and can't be as active as I want to be at the moment, but I played two pcws against american mixed teams (or there were some americans in it at least) and they were definetly on the same (or even a higher) level than some invite teams.
On the other hand I had the chance to refresh my impression of the left (and skilled) american players: Most of them seem to be bittered and directly start flaming when they get raped/killed in some lucky/unusual scenes. The teams we played against won the pcws clearly, but it still ended in a stupid and childish "haha you euro cheating nonames"-flamefest.

If this is the usual behaviour, we should think about to keep the rule.
If not, we should allow more NA-players.

the 2 NA rule is stupid because someone with 100-150 ping doesn't really 'warp'. warping depends more on the isp. i've had zero problems regging on any americans, and certainly I reg better on them than french people.

besides, there's like, 3 teams at the moment who can give us a good game? if you allowed americans to enter with whatever team they want, that would hopefully go up to 6 or so. forcing them to play with 2 only cripples their teamplay and ability to find a team. I heard NZ were thinking of leaving the league and that would be a shame

your point about playing outside of tpg euro is irrelevant anyway, we're discussing the rule in the euro league, and i'm not interested until staying up until 3am to play dod. embarking on tpg has been good for the euro community, but i don't see why one guy has the power to invent a rule like this.

I Know that playing with 130 ping is a mess, but my flame attitude was forced by some american Kids.
Of course im not referring to you, but there are also ego kids in the US side like your brother and that mexicunt.
I commited the error to lower my brain level to fit their , but I can step back as a mature person as I am and say that basically u are right.

Allowing Brazilians would definitely be a bad idea. I don't think anyone is advocating the allowance of South American players..
I could have sworn the rule was changed to 3 EU players and 3 US players but I guess i was mistaken.
Most US players interested in EU TPG are EAST. I ping very well to EU servers sometimes in the 80-90 range and rarely ever over 120+.

And finally, I never made the NZ team Cass made it. Then quit dod / came back / quit / came back again.. He made the team added players for it then made me leader. I don't know many euros and the ones I have rarely show ( hi cage. ) So its truly a pain in the ass for me to run it but i find it fun to play EU's so I put up with it. I didn't realize rezi was turning it into a d*ck measuring contest.

I actually wonder if that's true.

Of the 18 players on the roster 6 are euro's. Of those six, three are fake accounts or inactive players (including me, somehow I was added to the roster again). Of the 3 left linus keeps getting banned for using inappropriate names. So that leaves 2 euro's. evans and cage to fill up the 4 required euro spots. I can't imagine how NZ can play any games without the opponents allowing more americans to play.

To calli. I actually believe the majority of people does want that rule gone and I always thought you changed the rule from 2 to 3 non-euro's? I just didn't speak out last time because it was clear nhoj just created that thread (to get rid of the rule) for his own (mix) team, not for the entire community. Or maybe he didn't, I just wasn''t convinced.

To NZ I apoligise for leaving but no one played any game through pre-season and I was never contacted about any games this season. Before I left the team I looked at the roster and I figured they would never play any game. Even with the 3 rule in place (that apears to be a 2 player rule now). So I guessed it wouldn't hurt to leave in silence. Also it was hard not to leave in silence because I didn't see anyone online for weeks apart from cass who was also inactive. I think it's best if calli adjusts the rule so we can all have this NZ vs "insert good euro team" clash on full strength. Surely this is what everybody wants to see.
If not and NZ still needs euro's. I guess I could play but I prefer not to (or stay as backup). Pm me.

well I based my predictions on the previus results the american teams did.

EZ vs epidemic ( wrong result on tpg ) finished : 188 - 18
epidemic vs HELTESKELTER : 274 - 37

NZ vs EuS : 136 - 172
NZ vs friends : 12 - 225 with a ragequitter

so basically EuS can win epi with more than 400 pts .
and NZ can lose to genesir by 300 pts.

since 5.5 has the same lineup of NZ I think american Invite division gots Euro Main division level and I hope u can win at least 1 game in our Invite

It is a stupid rule, 90% of us agree but it seems the league admin is in the 10%. I think you can play with more if the other team agrees, and most of the time they will. Personally, I agree there shouldn't be any rules based on player location
