Yeah Nate Robinson has been entertaining these playoffs. He barely got that ball but you've gotta love the hustle.

Yeah, I'm a big Memphis fan. My thoughts going into this series were Memphis is a team built to crush a team like LAC in the playoffs. Gasol/Z-bo have such a ridiculous advantage over the Clippers front court
It's basically the least fundamentally sound front court vs one of the most fundamentally sound front courts in the league. Loved to see Memphis pull off the victory yesterday.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. My "bold" prediction (not OKC/Miami) was for a Denver/Indiana finals

Re: NBA Playoffs

Oh yeah Josh I can appreciate that style of play. I used to love watching Ben Wallace and the Pistons beat teams up with physicality and actually try every single play. Grizz are great and Zbo is the man. I would love to see them guys make it to the finals.

I'll see you there Josh.

Grit and grind, we aren't floppers like Griffin. Game 6 and the series goes to Grizz

these lower seed teams are really surprising me, especially with golden state advancing and chicago taking three from brooklyn already. so glad that my expectations were completely wrong

(1)Miami Heat > (8)Milwuakee Bucks This is gonna prob end in 5 should be a sweep but maimi might give em one lol.
(2)New York Knicks > (7)Boston Celtics I'm not sold on knicks. They should get past boston in 5 but have a feeling these games will be close. If they wanna make it to finals this is the year they have to do it with rondo/rose and everyone injured.
(3)Indiana Pacers > (6)Atlanta Hawks Going in 5 hawks have been a joke all season.
(4)Brooklyn Nets < (5)Chicago Bulls in 6. Die hard bulls fan i know we have no chance this season and i'm fine if rose wants to sit out i would too imo.

(1)Oklahoma City Thunder > (8)Houston Rockets Gonna be a sweep rockets have looked awful lately.
(2)San Antonio Spurs > (7)Los Angeles Lakers Also see a sweep. Manu is slowly coming back and spurs will be the spurs most underated team.
(3)Denver Nuggets > (6)Golden State Warriors In 6 with denver/golden both were full healthy cause this series would of been fun to watch.
(4)Los Angeles Clippers > (5)Memphis Grizzlies At first i thought memphis would win but they just dont seem the same. Maybe that rudy gay trade hurt em

Re: 2013 NBA Playoffs

This may be the worst first round of the NBA playoffs I can remember in terms of matchups. Of all the lower seeds, I think Memphis at a 5 is the only one who even has a shot at winning a series. I like Chicago because they're doing it without their best player, and with Noah hurt, but I don't think they can really beat Brooklyn 4 times. Hopefully someone will surprise me and create some drama

Miami > Milkwaukee - 4 game sweep. probably going to get ugly
New York > Boston - 6 games. paul pierce will pull some magic in boston for one or two games, but melo is on a ridiculous roll right now
Indiana > Atlanta - 5 games...atlanta is the same team they've been for about 4 years. they just can't compete with the better teams
Brooklyn > Chicago - 7 games. chicago is really banged up yet they keep playing well

OKC > Houston - 4 games
San Antonio > Lakers - 5 games. I just want next season to start already...
Denver > Golden State - 4 games. I would have said 6 games until David Lee got hurt in game 1. Golden State's done without him
Memphis > Clippers - 7 games. I was originally going to say Memphis in 5, but it appears the Clippers have beat them twice at home already. Not very confident on this pick, but I'm sticking with it

Memphis didn't look so hot, but I think they can take it to 6 or 7 still.
zach randolph was literally hugging people the entire game and ended up in foul trouble. that was the major reason for the loss

Pretty easy to predict in the first rounds and I pretty much agree with all of your predictions.

Except the Bulls/Nets series. After seeing D-Will slap around the Bulls last night they really don't have an answer for him at the point guard position.

(1)Miami Heat v. (8)Milwuakee Bucks
(2)New York Knicks v. (7)Boston Celtics
(3)Indiana Pacers v. (6)Atlanta Hawks
(4)Brooklyn Nets v. (5)Chicago Bulls

(1)Oklahoma City Thunder v. (8)Houston Rockets
(2)San Antonio Spurs v. (7)Los Angeles Lakers
(3)Denver Nuggets v. (6)Golden State Warriors
(4)Los Angeles Clippers v. (5)Memphis Grizzlies

EAST
(1)Miami > (8)Milwaukee - I think Miami will take this in 4. Better team then their championsihp team last season.
(2)New York > (7)Boston - New York in 6. Boston doesn't have Rondo but Green has been playing amazing and Garnett+Pierce always perform in the playoffs.
(3)Indiana>(6)Atlanta - Atlanta can just never get over that hump...and Indiana really does have a solid team with great defense. Indiana in 6.
(4)Brooklyn<(5)Chicago - This is going to be a great series. Both teams have great home court crouds. I'll give it to Chicago in 7.

WEST
(1)Oklahoma City>(8)Houston - It'll be entertaining to see Harden go against his old team but no way they'll beat the best team in the West. OKC in 4.
(2)San Antonio>(7)LA Lakers - San Antonio has been slipping as of late but I'm going to base this off of their whole season for which they played great team ball. San Antonio in 5.
(3)Denver>(6)Golden State - Denver has home court in one of the hardest cities for opponents to win in. Steph and company may get a few games. Denver in 6.
(4)LA Clippers<(5)Memphis - The Clippers have a TON of talent, including great leadership in Paul and Billups. I love watching both teams play but I think Memphis solid due of Gasol + Randolph will be able to keep the dunks to a minimum. Memphis in 7.
