this did the trick for me and some other guys i told them to do that.
pretty sure the freq setting doesnt do anything anymore since the update. and the noforce commands affect mouse settings, nothing to do with graphics. no clue what those other 2 are
well i was a little lazy and just copy paste, the last command disables multi-sample antialiasing feature which might couse fps problems.
the guid's for cs but same engine and stuff so most comands will be working on dod too:
