I played on the same team as Devin for the last draft tournament and I thought he played very well all three of the matches. That said, I have twelve manned with him and he has complained non-stop... multiple times. I think he is a good pickup and if keeps focused during matches and avoids complaining is a very solid player. I will give my elder advice though, 99.9% of the time when you complain about registration, you are in fact missing.
