My best guess would be get the spectator x hair > [url]http://www.skinnto.com/dod/specxhair.rar[/url]

Then convert that back to a .bmp from .spr > converter > sprview [url]http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=4506[/url]

edit the bitmap in paint and convert back to .spr with sprwiz
