cl_updaterate - match your fps_max, with above example it would be 100
cl_cmdrate 105
gl_spriteblend 0 - makes your crosshair bold
hud_fastswitch 1 - quickswitch that bitch
cl_dynamicxhair 0
cl_particlefx 0 - get rid of all the explosions and shit
bind key stopsound
_ah 0 - get rid of the help dog.

Hey fellas,

It's been so long I forget what the best settings are for dod. Does anyone have a config or list of console commands to get my shit not lagging to hell. I'm on a nice work laptop (on board graphic) but I work for a University so I can get my hands on a decent 11th gen i7 With a ok graphics card, I just wasn't sure what's more important these days. Graphic cards or processing power. I assumed my really nice laptop could play it but runs like shit and ping is much higher than what it says before I join. OH well best 5 bucks I ever spent!
