I just don't get what is wrong with screenshots and demos.

If someone's cheating it's pretty obvious. I would think there are enough people who have played this game long enough to be able to tell fairly confidently if a person is cheating.

does that matter? if you're going to REQUIRE a client to be used in conjunction with a game that can be played on multiple operating systems, it seems necessary to have it compatible with them all. it's not fair to exclude certain parties just because they happen to be using a less popular platform....

I'm not against using it. But, if you're going to implement a client like this, shouldn't it be supported on all platforms that are supported by the game?
