Yeah, on wireless but I've used this connection before years ago (on another laptop) and never had those issues.

rates are 25000, 100, 100

So after 12 manning for the first time in years, I kept getting horrible lag spikes every few seconds. Ping would jump up to around 800, and obviously it made it impossible to play.
