also, i think the lift on our bans was probably one of the best moves tpg has made.. considering thunder actually has competition now.. the tpg finals are worth watching. lol

There have always been groups of players in this community who put way more time into the game and played way better than others, and ended up being ostracized by the community in one way or another because of their dominance in the game.

But, there have also always been groups of players in which regardless of if they were a top playing team or not, were totally ostracized and got their asshole label not because of how they played the game, but because they felt it necessary to be total cunts to everyone else in the community.

I wish there was some way to explain to the flawless fellas that they reside wholly in the latter category. I don't know any of them personally, but whenever I've had a chance encounter, whether it be randomly on vent, here on 1911, or even while watching HLTV, they've always just been total cunts to me personally, even going out of their way to do so.

It's one thing to talk a bunch of shit to each other on 1911/gotfrag, we've been doing that for a decade and that's all in good fun. But, it's a totally different monster to lack the social tact to recognize that you've alienated yourselves by being so goddamn cunty all the time.

when i was 14 the average age of the people i played cs with was 20+. none of them complained about me acting like an idiot and all of them wanted me to go to a LAN in the northeast when they had a meetup from the team. its not hard to not be a douche, regardless of age.

i miss them ZD days, probably some of the most fun i ever had playing cs.
