Just don't trust acetamino when he says his team has agreed to all rush sewers for a knife fight. One will not agree and cap out. You WILL lose a very important preseason contest.

way better than merderat. atleast there wasn't 4 guys huddled in water house... the sewers open it up. it would be even better if there was a crack looking at suze though. or a connector to water house for axis

And Andy Sheen will hide on top of a ladder after running away from 3 knife wielding enemies.

Below you will find rules that have been updated/revised. I do not believe anything is too major, but everyone should be made aware of all the changes:

1) Any information requested by TPG staff must be provided in its entirety within 24 hours of the request. (Down from 36 hours)

2) Forfeit victories do not count towards your total number of wins in order to make playoffs. It is always in your best interest to get matches played, no matter what.

3) South Americans may use South American servers when playing another South American team.

4) Teams may file two cheating disputes in the regular season and one cheating dispute in the post-season. If a disputed player is guilty of cheating, the disputing team will not be charged with a dispute.

5) In the event of submitting HLTV demos of scrims/12mans, players must first watch the HLTV demo and provide the TPG-AC team with timestamps of why you feel a certain player is cheating. This is done through the Support Ticket System. Tickets without information will be closed.

6) All dispute appeals must be filed within 24 hours of the original ruling. There is no guarantee of an appeal, every situation at the discretion of TPG Administration. (Down from 36, and clarification.)

7) Disputes can only be submitted by team owners, leaders, or designated match reporters. (Has always been a rule, will now be enforced)

8) Some rule violation punishments have been adjusted or clarified.

Trading of steam accounts to play in a match is a 1 month suspension for both parties involved. (was just listed as xx in the rules)
The Spec Hopping rule has been clarified. Once a match has gone live the use of spectator is deemed illegal. Any player found to be using spectator to avoid the spawn timer will be suspended for one week and the offending player's team will lose all points for that half. Excessive spec hopping(more than once) will result in a FF loss. (Was a 1 "match" suspension and auto-FF loss.)

What if you are not avoiding the spawn timer? For example if after a cap out you are stuck with a nade in your hand and you blow up. Can you spec hop to spawn with the rest of your team or do you have to wait for someone to die and spawn with the next wave?

*Note: The only exception to this rule is if a player has been grenaded at the moment of a full map capture.
