Dear Mr. Sears:
It has come to my attention that you are using personal images of myself that were taken from my personal accounts on social networking sites. These images are the sole property of myself and any of those that have taken the images, and you are engaging in using those images without permission from myself or those that have taken them.

Since you have been unwilling to compromise to our request, I, Ryan William Seavert, demand that you immediately cease the use of my personal images from your site in its entirety.
If a response is not communicated to show the images have in fact been removed from your site’s archives within the next 72 hours, I, Ryan William Seavert, will be forced to pursue further legal actions to rectify this situation and will be contacting my lawyer in regards to the infringement.
I look forward to your confirmation that the images have been removed and the issue resolved.

Yeah, sears... after looking at facebook ToS (i don't know if you got the photo from there) it's pretty obvious that if you had access to the photo, he's given you the rights to use it and associate it with him.akiro wrote:I hope he realizes ( and any other idiot) that your images that you upload to social networking sites are not protected. He's got to keep practicing, so he can become the best in the world! lol. Right now he's got to "stay in game shape", because come a year from now he's making his comeback! lol.Sears wrote:Also, this guy is averaging 35 HOURS of DoD a week. Does he know it's almost 2013???

Still not very convincing. Maybe it would be more clear with normal wallhack instead of the wireframe stuff. This is kind of useless without sound. On a small map like harrington. Almost everything could have been called or heard. When moving up you have to prefire eveyrthing or you die. He did this, and this is normal. When you camp you don't always have to. Neither did he. He moved around a little bit and may have gotten lucky with some crouchers he may not have heard. But without the demo it will not convince many.CraftyDus wrote:Watch in HD, In the first one hes shooting directly at a crouched player through 2 mountain tunnel corners.Manner wrote:

In the second what appears at first to be random minor adjustments to his camped position on bridge looking trip, is actually him reacting tit-for-cheating-tat toward the player carefully making his way out of "L"
The third has him squeezing a few rounds directly at a player through bridge-house corner and the mound between spawn and trip. This is coming off of his spawn ramp.
Watch the hltv 3-side posted to get a better idea of what he's hearing in those three spots (or rather, not hearing)

Thx for wasting my time. There apears to be a link to a demo somewhere in this sea of gifs. But that wasn't really what I was trying to say. Obviously there is a demo if this guy made the video. But it is still a bad video. What i ment was if the video can not stand on its own (and people still need to watch the demo too) there isnt really a point in making one.
