Seems obvious to me. Personal vendentta or not I'd still like to see TPG release demos of people they ban. There have been questionable bans before.. In CAL and TPG.

The ac admins should never have to disclose evidence or how they came to their conclusion. The community and league has already appointed them and trusted their knowledge and expirence of the game.

Auditors don't lay every thing out when they uncover fraud. That's a good recipe for people to understand your processes....and if they understand what you look for, and how, then they can come up with better ways to get around you. Another reason is there's still other open cases. You don't want to alert and tip off people. You want them to coninue so they dig their own grave.

But there really isn't anything stopping the individual who was banned from releasing their demos and helping them in the court of public opinion.

the idea of admins sending out demos after a person is banned is a terrible idea, leading to countless bitching, second guessing, questioning....etc. isnt this obvious?

right. so if admins are the ones doing it, then it becomes expected from the community that the admins hand it out when requested, or if denied, they just end up being pestered whenever anyone wants to see them. having the demos float around after someone posts it/sends it is completely different from the standpoint of a league

So I got banned because stamp cheated and the evidence showed he did. Weather you share the demos or not, I got banned on stamps behalf. Sure it sucks but i doubt theyll let me put up a fight against it knowing Narc will just bitch about how im disrespecting an admin or some shit. If I got banned on stamps behalf I think we need to half a little talk about it, I dont think thats fair. If Ng still lived in this house I doubt you'd ban him too.

I meant that I defended them for being picked on because of their age. I know they had been cheating. I was one of the players that told jrod to submit the demo that got Stamp banned. Lol.
