Not really. It wasn't a great game.
Not bad tournament overal, when you expect to not even reach the last 16 (with Spain and Chile in the group)

Still.. I would rather have lost vs a team that was significantly better (Germany or France maybe).
Argentina might have been slightly better in that game. But it was sort of 50-50. And they played a bad tournament overal,
where the dutch impresed more (beating Spain, Chile and Mexico vs Argentina beating Belgium?? and.....)

I started the tournament wanting Argentina to win to see Messi lift the cup but after last night it just totally put me off. Germany deserve to lift the trophy now and I hope to see them go on to do it.

Graceful in defeat, such a shame for south america.

Argentina had quite a few chances to make goals and squandered them every time. Overall though I thought it was a good game. I am glad it did not go into penalty shots.

True, many opportunities wasted the best plays were Argentina, was a great game and a penalty was not sanctioned

Im curious to see whats so entertaining. Seriously? Players acting like they just got shot or the really high score.

Its either a blowout, 5-1, 7-1, 3-0 or a never ending game with no goal and end up with penalty shot where the goaler takes a chance by either jumping right or left to block the incoming shot.

I was rooting for the Netherlands and when it came down to penalty shot against costa rica, and either team could've win, it confirmed what I always thougt about that sport. Big joke.

45 min halves with no commercials, aren't we all to young to be worrying about 4 hour erections being a bad thing ?
