You need to hire myself, ryanemo and Jordan "big_guy" Fenton on to the ac team if you want non-corrupt admins with a lot of history in the field of "to catch a cheater"

I can say tho, since Ive been back playing the last couple weeks, I can say Aimtek hasn't cheated in any scrims or 12mans I've played against him but that's not to say he wasn't at other times. Oh well.

No one is implying current admins are corrupt. Polak is merely pointing out that the POSSIBILITY exists with the current rules. The fact that evidence is withheld is the reason people SUSPECT corruption. Releasing demos with a clear reasoning/explanation would be pretty easy with demo times/whatnot. TPG decisions aren't expected to be overturned, but they are expected to be fair.

then why select an AC team if there decisions are potentially always challenged. (maybe that selection process needs to be examined though but thats another question). there has to be some places of authority for decisions to go through and hold. otherwise, arguments back and forth are never settled. i understand the desire for accountability but releasing all the evidence for the community to decide is not a wise way to do it.

surprisingly, i agree with ward on this one. (kill me now), but if every action they make is rofl'd upon, and scrutinized by the entire community; things actually could go south, and people that do cheat, maybe not so blantatly would end up not getting banned because the community threw a hissy fit.
deal with it. It's an old game that is still somehow being played competitively. Everyone's always screamed corruption for rules like this, and always will. If you get banned, while not cheating, how about you talk to the admins 1 on 1 and walk them through the demo, how you knew they where there, why you knew, ect. ect. ect. Doesn't need to be made into a public matter for everyone to flame, start arguments, and really just create drama on dod.

Thanks Polak for starting the thread and pointing out a few rules that could be reworded or whatever. Next time, I'd suggest talking to the admins?

or how about a ticket if you can't get ahold of them? (It's what the "OTHER" category is for?)

You asked for scrutiny, and that's what the AC team provides on its own. Courts don't look to the public for vindication because, in part, the public is dumb as shit. This thread has gone 40+ posts too long, and that's without any concrete complaint. Imagine what these idiots would do each and every time a suspension is handed down.

Seriously, it's not that hard to avoid being banned. If someone is caught, go ahead and feel pretty secure in thinking that they cheated.

There are court transcripts and in some cases evidence is released the the public. The USSC always include a reasoning in their decisions...

Even if they change the rules to make it so there's no possible way the admins can be corrupt... the admins have control of the league and if they want to be corrupt they can just change the rules or do it against the rules anyways. Who's going to stop them?

What are you jerks complaining about. I'm the one that's banned cause a couple chodes thought I was cheating. My demos were also passed out to people that wernt even part of the tpg ac.
