I know dbos kind of a sour character around the community. But why would he cheat ringing for another team..?
I think in the thought of making the playoffs more enjoyable to watch, let him play for the playoffs and just give him the 3 week ban at the start of next season.

He didn't record his whole match, enjoy the time off.

Well, seven of the nine dorks on their roster aren't banned, so i don't see why they won't be able to get six unless they intentionally FF. You cannot blame the league for this, if there were to be no penalty:
certain pale fags would cheat a lil and submit a incomplete demo and say "well dbo got off WTF?"
Recording demos, and taking screenshots...13 years we've been doing this.
its not really that hard. Not alot to ask i dont think. Dbo is a descent invite player, but if you ask me, if you're in invite, and you cant even record your demos properly you are a fuckin amateur. Seriously i have players on my open team that know 3 words in english and even they managed ss and demos.
Not blaming the captain, but this is good practice in matches:
-Type out in teamchat "dont forget to record your demos"
-After ss's are done, ask every player "are you recording?" and get a "yes" from each one.
-Type "ready"
-Bitch about inturp and some fag who wont get outta the double windows.
-Nearing the end of the match (under 10sec left), teamchat "stop your demos take your ss's!"
(Can't believe this even has to be SAID in 2013)
