1911 Beta

Most of you may not know me, or remember me. I'm not saying I was super well known, and this definately isn't 'please stroke my epeen' type of hello. Just simply a hello! I definately have found memories of playing with corey(jaggon) and ryan(ryanemo), mexicant, jitterbug, aftershock, petey, and others. (Hello to the zeroEffect/neXus/n2p squad if you're around!) fondest memory is being cal-i for like a month before CAL shut down and played againts coL with n2p. Also winning cal-o was fun. (I know, cal-o, big deal right?).

It's me! icm! (sorrow for the really old people)

After seeing that DoD is still "alive" I just had to come say hi here. I was pleasently surprised that 1911 is back up and running and I became giddy with nostalgia. So, hello! <3 you all and miss the game.

EDIT: As I dig deep into my brain for people to shout out at I'm updating it;

Bro, doesn't matter what cal you were or when. I haven't played DoD aside from a preseason match last season in over 5 years. 1911 is here so people have a place to check in and see whats up with dodders regardless if the game becomes totally dead or not.

That's what happend with me. I hadn't played for over 5 years, came back and played against a top team at the time and said damn I suck. But it will come back. That just depends on how interested you are in the game.

If you want we might need another backup and if you find me, emc (the game), nugz, or mexicant I am sure someone could hook you up with the pw but rosters are locking really soon here.

Anythign works. Really I am just trying to find the middle ground of playing to get better, but also still having fun, while playing in leagues. I love being competative in this game and DO want to get better, but I also have a job

I remember after a scrim on Merderet eman was insistant that I was cheating my balls off; just to put things in perspective. Lennon was a map that I was insistant of not mging on.

Talk to krod at all icm? That's some one I haven't seen in a while. Oh and rph8 was a wicked sniper; neXus was a really fun team to play against now that I'm remembering a lot of close matches and stuff. Did you play against us on rr1 back in the season you guys won cal-o with smak getting banned from TPG? I remember petey, hello2.0, rebirth, and smak for sure played, but it was so long ago I don't remember if you were there that night. That was one of the most intense matches I was ever in; I was playing from my dad's office because my home internet was crap back then. I've never been banned. I have been suspended for no movies or SS once or twice on neXus. But not on zero.effect.

And I played in the cal-o final match, it was intense, but I did sub-par if I remember correctly. The real stars was mexicant/smak.

dude, well it's great to hear from you. it's not often that I run into any one from that old team. you and ponti were always solid rifles, and as much as aftershock raged he was always a chill guy too. I wish I would have made the connection that we used to play together back in 2005, it would have made matches against you all the more fun =]]

definitely man hit me up on here or fb or somethin and ill get you vent info, and to make it clear to everyone, ian was NEVER banned, this guy was one of the best pure rifles i ever played with or against back in the day. he belonged in invite when i was playing with him on 85ths IM team, not to mention he was basically the nicest dude ive ever played a video game with. doesn't have a cheating bone in his body. and is a kick ass guitarist!
