Well, there is a rep value stored in sql for each user, but the way it determines rep and rep power is pretty special.

Basically, I had to extract every single up-rep and down-rep that has happened in chronological order, and then redo each one on the new install, or else the values would be all screwed up and no one would have rep power (really stupid).

I didn't write the original rep script myself, it's a heavily modified plugin fo vbulletin that I just hacked away at until it kinda sorta worked for us.

I think I said that wrong. I meant to say that I don't give a shit about the rep system at all; it's helpful on forums where new people might not know who to listen to when talking about important stuff (I wish there had been one for 2+2 when I frequented). Here though, everyone knows everyone and there's nothing important to talk about anyway, so it's just something fun that I wouldn't have missed if it never existed! <3 the work you put in though
