In light of recent tpg events, I have voluntary placed myself on the program x-ray, by doing so I hope to clear my good name.

Rest assured we here at Eagle League, Take cheating in any form as a serious matter. With that said, we will never accept a four min hltv demo as proof that someone is hacking. I know by the demo that is floating about of me in a "friendly" scrim that rates, and the speed of the demo itself can creat the illusion of cheats. This also forces us to reconcider any TPG bans we have enforced. At this time Eagle will no longer enforce any ban held by TPG unless the demo is first person. and not one recorded in hltv.

for those of you who have seen this video, and those who flame myself and Eagle in other fourms. Good luck bringing Eagle down. I shall be here when you are but a memory. and yes ill have the same steam id.

Wouldn't be the first league to permit admins to cheat.

I'd like to see the first person demo, but that looked about as blatant as I've seen in a long time. Just the mannerisms he was using when he was killed in a spot before, he would respawn not even bothering to look at that same spot he was killed.

This eagle league admin seems like an idiot/cheater face. I don't care if it is a HLTV or not those are cheats. However, I don't know if TPG should ban based off of HLTV demos... just a thought.

It's not about being able to view in first person, it's about the inherent inaccuracies of HLTV. Example: someone goes prone in game, the HLTV first person view still sits at the non-prone POV.

This looks pretty blatant though, even accounting for HLTV. The only explanation for the instant snapping to foreheads would be that HLTV lagged EVERY time this guy used mouse1.

HLTV can be a little hard to prove wall hacks when you are dealing with highly skilled players, due to the aforementioned buggyness. However, this is just some blatant pub-clan player doing some squadleader like aimbotting. He plays like a robot who has never been out of ogl-open.

And just the way he talks....it's so weird. I don't understand how old ass dudes still get their jollies by role-playing WWII on the interwebs with 12 year olds, all the while being just awful awful players. I also like how he talks about how he'll keep rocking that GIANT steam id.

Well can one of the moderators delete this thread then? Sorry if i let my honor go. I was asked by =VMF= to join eagle league. Then we scrimmed them and this whole cheating thing came out of it. Cheating by the President of the league i was going to join. After I had just read his whole damn speech on the Eagle site. I had respect for the guy. Chaos (a member of my team) Negatived Kodiac during that scrim and I chewed his ass off about it, he can post and confirm that. I'm one to have good sportsmanship win or loss. Another thing to add, They also had a player in that scrim that was TPG-Banned which was a player on their current roster. After I got that demo. He mysteriously disappeared from their roster. They had him removed after finding out about his prior ban. I commend =VMF= Clan for that. And I hope their team can move and do well. They are decent team with some skills. We played a tough match against them. If Kodiac wasn't cheating i'd be hard to convince. Watching it live seemed even worse than that demo appears. Twisted was actually the first one to throw up a red flag for me. I've even gone in VMF vent and spoken to them about it with a couple of their members.

There is a rich tradition in the competitive DoD community for John Clanin to photoshop some dicks on your picture if you make an ass of yourself in such a way as Kodiac has. Especially if he's going to post such a picture publicly.

Hell, in the good ole days we'de call up your parents and tell them you were hosting gay porn sites if we caught you cheating (not kidding, that happened).

None of this has anything to do with 'honor', and the way you go on and on about it and celebrate war heroes through your DoD pub clans and leagues is just fucking creepy and weird. Don't put your picture in a place where it can be used if you don't want it shown. I don't see anything wrong with taking something out of very visible public domain and putting it somewhere else visible... unless you too are a sad 45 year old man that revels in a wwII video game like it means something. your memory is wrong, you could get banned from not only hltv but pubs as well. Saying forgive and forget because he won't cheat in matches is basically the green light for awful trolls to scrim cheat.

Actually, if you watch the video in HD the crosshairs are above the right shoulder of the second guy. And he clearly shoots and misses.

the crosshair is on the guy for every bullet, the recoil forces it up before it snaps back onto the guy. and yes he shoots and misses because he's strafing at the same time

The crosshair goes from the first guy to the second guy, but NEVER is on his body. Ever.

Again. The crosshair NEVER touches the second man. Watch in 1080 HD and keep an open mind.

you do realize the hit boxes for heads in HL engine games tend to be slightly fucked up right? either way, strafing while shooting will fuck any aimbot. they dont compensate for recoil, they just put the crosshair on the head.

Watch in 1080 HD. The guy at 1:25 is NOT shot in the head. You can see his head poking over the blood splatter. Clearly.

I think you are right that the head pops up after the shot, yet I don't see the head below the railing either. Additionally, The crosshairs are well below the railing and they never stop moving.

Approach this with an open mind. Let the evidence lead you.

Guy at 1:25 is in an obvious place. The first place I would look if I were an ally in apts. You can hear them coming. I would look there first too. Crosshair never stops moving, and I don't see it near the head. I think you are right that the head pops up after, but the fact is the crosshair is well below. And then he misses the second guy behind the wall, in the tougher spot. The crosshair NEVER touches the head of the second guy. NEVER.

Guy at 2:19 moves into the open. In a gun battle with another guy. Kodiac shoots him in the foot first. The foot (not quite the head there). HLTV doesn't show crosshairs at that point, but the BAR is clearly moving up as he shoots.

Guy at 2:31. Running in the wide open, not shooting to defend himself. Listen. You can hear the door open before he jumps to the window. So it makes sense that he looks there quickly.

Guy at 2:42. Comes through a door again. You can hear the guy coming. You hear the door open. He is really close. Point blank range.

Guy at 3:02. Amazing shot. But you can hear people to the left before Kodiac goes through the door. First place I would look is spawn ramp if I were looking left.

I've never used hacks, so I don't know exactly how an aimbot works, but I can tell you this. Machines operate on the principle of repetition. If he is using an aimbot why is it so inconsistent? How is Kodiac's play different than a man using a KAR, who must aim as best he can to get hits and sometimes he misses (or hits a foot)?

I think there is room for doubt. This is an HLTV demo. The server the scrim was on is in Atlanta, the HLTV in LA. The update rate of the HLTV was at 20, which is probably why the demo is a bit choppy at points. You have to count the pc of the person taking the demo as well.

And on top of that there are inconsistencies. He misses at 1:26. If aimbot is suppose to put crosshairs on the head it should do that. They never touch the guy at 1:26.

I don't understand how you can be so sure. If aimbot is that inconsistent a player with good aim should only play in a server without HLTV for their own safety...
