I haven't been on when people are spamming it, but if you restrict the access then what is the point of having the group? It's the closest thing to mIRC that is left to find scrims. The best thing to do would be for idiots to stop posting so many times (whenever I use it, I put up a message once every 5-10 minutes). No, I agree. People do need a place to find scrims, but one person shouldn't post 4 announcements in a 15minute period to get a 12man going. Everyone should be able to post anouncements, and if they keep spamming then i'd guess it isent hard to kick them from the group.
It's really good and easy way to find scrims/ringers/12mans, but it isent a fucking chat group.

Why would people leave the group? The group is made to find a scrim/ringers/12mans, it's when the same idiots spam the group with several anouncements for a short period of time it gets annoying.

so the group is working as intended? was just a suggestion, since you seem pretty upset about it when its a public group, where you can join and leave as it pleases you.

Really doesnt bother me at all to see a popup on the bottom of my screen for a few seconds, even if it is every few minutes... what is it getting in the way of?

The first and only time I've been annoyed with it is during our match Sunday night.
3h was scimming and that 'once every few minutes' got really fucking old.
I haven't cared about it at all. I was in a shitty mood that night, so it could have been some of the issue.
