1911 Beta

I am looking to make a personal website and in need of assistance. I could go through the research and dig all the information out of websites...but why do that when I can just ask on here? I have a bit of experience with creating websites, but that was in high school and I haven't touched it in 4+ years. I have a few questions -- nothing that would take up a considerable amount of time to answer (I think). It would be greatly appreciated and I will reward with plenty of reps+++. I don't know how to link it to the forums tho.

So I'm understanding the basics of Wordpress, but there are some things I don't know how to do through html and I don't think this thing has the options for it. I want to be able to have a list of questions and when you click on the question, the answers scroll out underneath of it.

Make a website with google. It's fairly easy. They have multiple "add-ons" that you can go through and attach to your site.
