i use logitech setpoint to disable mouse accel with windows 7.

Logitech setpoint + game properties -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspeed!

windows 7 doesn't even have the same shit but you can find all the .reg files at ESEA.

I use CPL mousefix on windows 7, it works fine.

markC windows 7 mousefix, it's a litle more to setup but works just fine, tested it with some other programm and on a marked space
