Something that includes travelling through Lexington approximately fifteen times.

At least that'd be mine.

I'd recommend going to Mier Woods state park and that area north of San Francisco. Like I said, if you're near San Jose/Monterey lemme know.

Going from Florida to Delaware, take I-95 only to Charleston. Then take I-26 to I-77. Worth the extra time for the view at the Virginia border. I-95 sucks balls in NC, SC, and VA. Then go I-81 to I-66 to DC.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! Keep em coming specifically about places to camp. Or things to do between Arizona and louisiana

i wouldn't recommend iowa for any form of "site-seeing". horribly boring state. travel a few hours north here to minnesota. plenty of good lakes to fish, tons of forests/camping grounds, and far more tourist attractions. august 23-sept 3 is our state fair, it is the LARGEST food fair in the country. millions of people attend every day, its definitely something to experience. http://www.mnstatefair.org/ and of course there's mall of america.

great nightlife in minneapolis/st paul too. tons of bars, restaraunts, nightclubs etc....

Don't know what you have planned for Arizona, but make sure you make a stop by Lake Powell, that is, if you haven't planned it already. I went there about 15 years ago on a family vacation and it was absolutely beautiful. Cool rock formations and just random hiking. I'm sure you can rent a small 18' boat and stop where ever and explore the unbeaten path and camp out. I look forward to taking my children there myself in the future.

If your 'ohio somewhere' brings you near Columbus, I am about an hour north and you're more than welcome to kick it here. I just moved here so I am not too familiar with any attractions and what not. But if you were in need of a place to crash, let me know.
