TPG Regions Cup starts tomorrow Aug 5th and now that every captain have already picked their respective players, rosters are locked and no replacementsa are going to be allowed. Matches can be anticipated if both teams agree. All group stage matches needs to played until Thursday Aug 9th the latest.

Please find below the grou stage schedule:

Group Stage 1st Round - Sunday Aug 5th - dod_railroad2_b2 (USA Central & USA Southeast don't need to show up)

Brazil vs USA East @ 10 pm est (checkmate server)
Canada vs USA West @ 9/10 pm est

Group Stage 2nd Round - Tuesday Aug 7th - dod_harrington (Brazil & Canada don't need to show up)

USA East vs USA Central
USA West vs USA Southeast

Group Stage 3rd Round - Tuesday Aug 9th - dod_anzio (USA East & USA West don't need to show up)

USA Central vs Brazil
USA Southeast vs Canada

PS.: Region captains: don't forget to schedule/confirm your matches via TPG website scheduler!!

EDIT: PS.2: Due to the obvious differences in the map score sytem for dod_donner compared with the other group stage maps, the group stage 2 map was changed to dod_harrington. Therefore dod_donner is now going to be the Semi Finals map for the tournament.

It means that if both teams agree they can anticipate their thursday match for monday or any other day of the team's avaibility. That's all.

It's been changed to harrington according to chimpanbuttface on ventrilo last night.

Oh good for you. I apparently wasn't invited to the big wig party on ventrilo with the elites of TPG.

I'm sorry I couldn't proactively advise all captains, scott, but this change needed to be made. The team points are used in a tie situation scenario between teams, meaning that the teams who are playing donner can potentially have an advatange in the final result compared with the teams that will have to play anzio as their 2nd map because of the map scoring system. That's why I switched up donner and harrington respective places. You can put myself to blame if you'd like to, that was my call and no other tpg admin have something to do with running the Regions Cup but me.

But I like you and don't like the other admins. I'm still going to blame them, damnit. Make an announcement you nooblord!
