Map Downloads

- Custom maps are now linked to their download files throughout the site
- Map download page dynamically lists all custom map downloads for the current season: http://www.tpgleague.org/dod6/maps/
- Working on a map page that will have the map download, config download, image of the overview, images of illegal spots, and stats such as average scores for axis/allies
