Hello everyone!

Some of you may know the website www.enemydown.co.uk This used to be a quite interesting competition, with ladder and some cups. Nowadays it's innactive but I'm trying to get it back on tracks!

Being so, if any american clan is interested in joining this european ladder/cups feel free to register your clan! (there's one american clan registered there already) If we're able to get enough american/european clans we could try to start an international cup.

Don't try to overachieve with this. People stopped playing cause of ED basicly. The number of clans that are active enough to make a ladder working.. probably 5 at the most. DoD will never go back and be as active as it was. What TPG offer is enough and fits us just fine. But if you wanna go ahead and do this. Fine. But I hope people see what we got here and we don't need another community trying to do what they have done before, and failed. You cant even find pcws each night and people reschedule there TPG games cause lack of players, in some clans.

ED was bad the last 3/4years. You didn't even take any pride in winning. I hope the scenario has changed and people feel different about TPG Euro.

I'm not gonna say it wont work. Cause that's what people told me 6 months ago about this.
We could need som nightcups now and then. If you do them too often. Noone will care. You dont have the World Cup in soccer each year. I could see a ED nightcup workout fine like 1 or 2 times per month.

The reason I started TPG Euro was cause I hated ED. Dont make me hate it all over again.

timing isn't perfect. I would like to see a succesfull tpg euro season 2 and maybe then we will have enough active clans to work on ladders etc.

calli, think about opening tpg euro for american teams or even raising the number of allowed western players per team. im assuming that the skill gap between good teams and pub teams is something to work on it and maybe allowing these few teams to play will help you have one more division. congrats on running tpg euro!

Well, I'm feeling the same as Callipronestar. ED was such a failure during this last years! I aprecciate people who worked hard to keep it, making some nightcups and other stuff. I didn't even saying that ED couldn't do 1/2 nightcup's when TPG got a break between seasons, so people can still compete and having a good time! I think from what i see, calli and stabil are doing a great job by running TPG.eu...so i don't feel (inacommunitywithlackofplayersandinactiveteams) that we need 1 more league or ladder or whatever. People are feeling good about TPG, such i do feel, when we 1st met 2 seasons ago, when EvC firstly joined TPG.us.
Tbh I'm more turned/interested in TPG.us than in TPG.eu. But that's just me. I still doing helping me euro team whenever i could and I was offer callisitandwaitstar a hand when he firstly start to run this project! All I can say by now that he/them are doing a great job, and i hope they still improve to next season
so this community can still awaked and playing a 10 year old game

The intentions are great here but it just won't help improve the community.

the point of having ED is that not every clan will get to quarters or whatever, so many of them will stop playing officials.. by having a ladder or another cup running they will be able to keep on playing.

and yes, obviously, the point is to get 1 nightcup a month, not more than that...

ED was always the 2nd or 3th tournament, as there was CAL, ESL or ClanBase, so I'm ok with TPG being the 1st competition everyone wants to play...

I would rather TPG Euro play in TPG's Main league in the future than anything like this. Ladder leagues are for people with egos that need to be fertilized. The idea is to keep people playing not shitting on everyone and forcing everyone to quit.
