1911 Beta

I'm pretty sure it's many people from north/south america who would like to play TPG Europe, but it can be pretty hard to for many to play, because calli put a rule that said "max 2 americans / match"(You can use 3 if the other team agree on that, but yeah, pretty much me that have got told this last season.)

This is a inofficial poll made by me, so it's nothing that calli have come up with.
If we get many responds from people(and specially europeans), maybe calli will change the value or remove it.

So we can get more people to join and hopefully get a few more teams.

I know many hate to play against people with high ping, but come on many people from east have around 80-95ping.
Also, this is 2012. We don't have enough with people to keep it "only" euro.

Playing in the Euro league would require me to play more DoD than normal, it's a no from me.

It's a personal opinion, but I don't like to play against players with 150 ping spamming a medium, like americans are used to do when they have high ping .
