Time passed doesn't matter, you're not supposed to be able to +rep the same person until you've repped someone else.
And holy shit, can't believe we're having another thread about rep as if it fucking matters.

So wait, if Ben get's enough rep power, he can ban people??? This is just a suggestion to Eric, but maybe you could hold an online webinar to enlighten the community about the ins and outs of the rep system?

Pretty sure the rep has zero impact on anything. I think there were intentions (or rumors) when it first started. Then everything fell apart.
That being said, why do I have to rep two people in between? Outrageous.

I think the site autobans at a certain negative rep count. Other than that, it doesn't mean anything.

Usually when you play magic the gathering and you take your deck seriously, which you usually do when you are playing in a tournament. Then you have them in colored sleeves. Usually they aren't the same color as you can tell.
