Lol, I don't want to take any part (people know that I'm usually biased AGAINST the majority of SA's) on this but it's funny to see someone that complained about having to accommodating a team complaining because a team didn't want to accommodate you. You're also not telling the truth entirely coz they've declined your proposal of playing early since Saturday. There has been discussions between both captains on this and it seems to me that they just want to play later than default (or default the earliest). Anyway, it's always better to rage over a forum I suppose, especially when then the others involved won't bother (or don't know how to) answer(ing)

I asked for earlier because we were already short 3 people, default makes that 4. They then asked for 11:30pm chilean time, i said wtf? And then said 7pm and if not default 9pm, then i waited and waited, by the time they agreed to default (which they didnt really because they disnt know about dst and still aske for 9:30) i lost another player because i couldnt verify the time early enough. So now its 8:52 and neiter or us have six and they want an htk ringer.

anyways, we managed to find 6 of our own, we let them use a ringer. it was fine, just frustrating, we could of worked a better arrangement out earlier had they responded with more clarity

Since saturday, yes that's so much time. We ask for 7est on wednesday and they shoot back 10:30est, ON SATURDAY. Makes sense, how about a reason? Meet in the middle? Nope.

Teams have 24h before default time to answer back a proposal in the scheduler. So yeah, they haven't did anything wrong. Not to mention that the point of my post is to show people that you rage over them was under a false statement - that they just answered in the nick of time, what clearly haven't happened. But it's fine Moosh, neg and rage how much you want. Nothing that we all aren't used to see

you're batshit insane cass if you think anything was settled before 6pm sunday night. i responded within seconds of every declined proposal and then waited for the inevitable decline, they accepted 9pm est sometime late sunday afternoon, and still asked for 9:30 even after saying yes to 9:00. I understand there's a language barrier, but there has to be a limit as to what we are expected to overcome in order to get a 40 minute match played.

I said this when I played for this team, and I'll say it again. THE LANGUAGE BARRIER IS NO EXCUSE! You're playing in an American league, where English is obviously the spoken language. If you don't have someone on your team that can speak English well enough to coordinate a play time in a timely manner, maybe you should find a different league to play in?

I must agree scheduling with htk this week was a hassle. They were trying to play next week because one of their players was RINGING for another team in a match.. Luckily we were just able to wait out the duration of that RINGERS match.

It's funny looking at the TPG matches week by week. You'll notice that the only teams that get forfeit losses are SA. I'm still really surprised at how consistent the league is though. Maybe I haven't been paying attention much but I don't think I've seen a season with less FFs than this one.

This is also the same team that had someone cheating really blatantly against us in our Harrington match a few weeks ago so yeah this scheduling issue shouldn't be too much of a surprise to anyone.

These were my points, directed to you and not your team. I've read your match comm, the chileans even submitted a ticket because they weren't sure about the timezone. They were utterly confused about the schedule since the timezones changed last week. My only intent here was to show that your accusation was based under a false assumption. I never had any problems with any of your team members. In fact, I like how you guys back up one another every time shits start to roll. I truly do. Cartoons and cereal, is basically euphemism for a type of era that Kendrick experienced when he was a kid. It was a time when drugs like cocaine was so commonly sold and killed over that even children's parents, got involved with either doing crack or selling it. Back then the media had (and still does have) a mask of very distracting tv programs (cartoons) and not showing children what was really happening, and making them blissfully ignorant.

First time anyones ever called me a good guy lol, and i try to be as civil and accomodating as i can with scheduling, but we have lost 3 people this season to time issues, plus having 3 that can only make sunday. So we've been limited recently but we still try.

If you have apparent direct access to all the Sudamericano (yay Google translate; I'm sure that word makes as much sense as a SA team leader using it in match comms) match comms and are, apparently, willing to be their public defender on the great 1911.org (even for teams that harbor cheaters), why don't you just fucking schedule all their matches? Having someone who can actually speak English would be quite helpful in the scheduling process. FYI, I didn't know if we had a match or not until about 5 minutes before match time. And then they showed up with 5.

I thoroughly enjoyed your reply - you'll be repped as well. In fact all of you will be, why not haha?! But yeah, I had this function once. In fact I was invited to be part of TPG admins, back at Season 22, because RWC wanted someone that could help him translating google translator shit that my fellow neighbours tends use. Narc used to call me "Their Jesus" LOL. I'm kinda used to intervene whenever things heats up although I'm pretty much biased against them (TPG's rates rules was pretty much developed because argentineans loved to diminish their values to the point they just warped all over as well as the multi-account issue and weapons spawn before match start countdown...). Me, Narc and Defiance had put lots of hours of investigation to sort of what steam account Karl1 was using (bypassing his ban due to multi-accounting). Anyway, as painful as it is, every year when timezone changes we have these little issues, especially some SA's... tl;dr I just wanted to point out that Moosh was clearly taking chileans inability to schedule properly to subvert into something aggressive, biased and xonophobic. there's like 20 teams left in dod.. if you want to play dod that bad, show up at 9est on sunday. that simple.

we've played a grand total of i think 2 matches, at a time besides 9pm EST in the last 2 seasons. mostly due to other teams requesting it, i requested a 7pm last week and this week because one of our guys couldnt do 9. we were however completely able to play at 9, with no issues

All of our matches this season have been at 9est except for two. The other two were at 10est (On Sunday).. I think what taylor's saying is that he understands things can come up and maybe you need to reschedule... But you shouldn't have to rely on playing at an extreme time or on a Monday or Tuesday..

The one match at 7 was spec's request, and the possible other would of been theirs too. I randonly request 7 so alex can play(only started that last week because we couldnt find a 6th until match time when kicken showed up randomly) but we are 100% ready and expecting 9pm.

my post wasn't directed at any individual or specific team.. there's been multiple occasions where a team i've been on has had to benefit an opponent that lacked the capability to schedule a match in an appropriate manner or at an appropriate time.. and there is a tpg rule that you cannot take a forfeit win/loss in playoffs.. so basically their scheduling tactics are enabled furthermore through playoffs

Totally agree with that, at 8:50 pm dvc and us had 5 a piece. We were told whether we play 5v5, 4v5, 6v5 it didnt matter, that match HAD to be played. Luckily we ended up with a sixth and we let them use the htk ringer because id rather lose to 6 with a ringer then win 6v5. This week we play bio, and we'll probably lose, so then we can at least have a few weeks before we have to bitch and moan about this again. I think cass should have summer school for the sa's regarding scheduling, or else prepare for round 3 of bubbles/151's whining hahaha.
