Alex enjoys the attention too much to ever retire/leave.

Truth. Nothing begs for attention quite like pubbing with Andy Sheen on a Friday night.

Someone agreed to pub with Andy? There must have been some sort of begging going on.

HI ANDY.

I considered the idea of pubbing with Andy. I joined the channel and immediately heard him screaming at the top of his lungs. I'm not sure if he was screaming about a crazy shot, or someone was cheating. I left immediately.

The End.

Also this thread was due in 2005 when I retired for the first time. This last time wasn't retirement because no official thread was made. Everyone knows that an official thread is required for it to be a retirement thread. Because history has shown that, once the retirement thread is made, the person truly never comes back.

Ever.

That's what the people say, but I won't believe it because I see no 4thR in his past clans.

inb4 Alex says, "I don't blame him. Random insult about how SoV was better."

Did that team last the season? The only thing I remember about that was everybody leaving at once.

Why is it always the people who never did shit in this game who think they are important enough to make it known to the community that they're retiring? I've never once seen anyone who actually won shit in this game start up retirement threads. Yet 2 weeks later that same nerd who "retired" is back playing, just doesn't make sense. The first time I left dod I didn't say a word, I just deleted my accounts and called it a day. Of course im not nearly as important as Alex Kirk or some of these many other nerds who have "retired". Some of you just need hugs or jesus.

Yeah but I never made some public announcement about retiring when I stopped played like...a year and a half ago. I just stopped playing and put others in charge of my vent/server.

But that's neither here nor there. This thread is a celebration of my [temporary?] return.

This is hysterical. Partly because those were serious attempts and you're awful at choosing team names after ptm. Also because I remember you trying to register #aids and it was the greatest.

Air Infantry Division: Stealth?

Is that what we tried to convince #registration of?

It may have been. I just remember he wasn't having any of it. Then after a while we wore him down.

Right. Which is why what I am doing would be appropriately labeled as "pulling a Michael Jordan."

Josh has to bring up the fact that he won a LAN 9 years ago in every thread.
