Need a starting sniper or rifle

Due to lives needing to be lived, we here at Simple Company are in need of a sniper or a rifle.
I would like to say we scrim a couple times a week, but in reality the best I can do is 3 or 4 of us and two or three ringers scrim a couple times a week. We are in open, which is apparently the division to be in this season.
