I use 1920x1080. I tried using 1600, 1024, and 800 and although its smoother, I hate how it looks. But sometimes i switch back and forth comparing how it is seeing through walls.

Started out with 800x600, had that for like 10y.. used 1024 for like 2 years after.. then back to 800x600.. last 4 weeks ive been using 640x480 and i gotta say the feeling of 640x480 is way better, feels faster. But on harrington it gets hard. You can also try 640x480 in widescreen mode

back when I was actually good, 800x600 on a CRT
last week got a new monitor, so nowadays I'm using 1920x1080 @ 144hz 1ms...looks damn good but I miss a lot more

I played at 1920x1080 for awhile after getting my new monitor, but when I tried sniping I realized how distorted the view was. Now I play at 1280x1024 without stretched aspect. It has the letterboxed screen, but my aim is much better ;oAn1maL wrote:back when I was actually good, 800x600 on a CRT

I use max 1920 x 1080 but I'm thinking of trying out a lower res after talking to Kaboom about it last night. Seems the general consensus is lower res=more consistent shots.

im a resolution master. Ive used them all.
atm im using 1400 x1000. on a 23 inch widescreen. I have 2 large black bars on the side. good for sniping

Mainly I play at 1920x1080, but sometimes I go lower to 1280x720.
