just because he didn't submit evidence doesn't mean he was cheating.

Don't know the guy, but a 1 year ban for not submitting demos?

Should just watch the hltv to determine cheats as best you can and if he's clean/inconclusive then give him a month suspension imho.

Or you can read the rules like everyone else. Each missing piece of evidence carries suspension time.

June to January, not June to June. Eventually he'll "remember" to record, turn those demos in, and then be banned. Like that "Blood" guy.

I think the rule is one week/screenshot, 3 months/demo. i'm sure this guy was cheating and that's the reason he didn't submit ANYTHING. how do you forget screen shots? what does he think everyone is doing before every match when they all stand around looking at each other? and you can literally click a button to automatically take end rounds for you. i'm just guessing this moron can't figure out how to toggle his wallhack off.

ill be honest with you, i have forgotten to record a half this season and it was the first time in a long time that it happened. i wasnt disputed anyway so i guess its a tad bit irrelevant but sometimes you just totally forget. with that said im sure he was cheating anyway.
