Voice command problem

Really not sure why or how this has happened but when I try to use a voice command, I can't hear it in-game but other players can here when I do it, pretty bizarre but is there a fix for it?

he's talking about shit like voice_grenade, not the mic.

Yeah I am, it's only a minor problem but somethings changed where I can't hear my own voice commands, probably got changed by some pub server.
