crosshair problems

I've made this pack. Havent changed the colors from the original template. Still I get this black box around the crosshairs.
I've harassed skinnto enough. So I'd appreciate someone just making a sprite from this bmp.

try making the backround color of the bmp to white not black for windows 7!

i would assume changing the 'white' to a little darker tone would work fine.

GET PHOTOSHOP or another program which allows you to set a color table. All the .bmp files I received from calli aren't supported by photoshop or paint and .png don't convert properly!!!!! FIRST COLOR IN THE TABLE (top left corner) 100% white and the LAST COLOR (bottom right corner) 100% black! Convert with the 2nd option in sprwiz (Alphatest - 255 colors; last color is transparency)

and the harassment didn't bother me Calli, just do what I said above and it should work!

Anyone else know of any free program which allows you to set the color table like photoshop?
