Holy I am still stunned by the fight I just watched. Bones vs Gus has to be among one of the greatest fights to take place in the UFC. Both men are FUCKING warriors as far as I am concerned. Anyone have a chance to watch it? If not you should.

truly a great fight.
jones took more damage then i've ever seen him. he was still as precise as hell and definately wore down gus with his leg kicks. heck, he had to as gus was circling his shit in round 1. gus was extremely confident during the whole fight and imo should have pounced on a couple of opportunities when he was inside jones, he had him a couple times. extremely entertaining. a+

i dont think its fair to pick a winner here as both deserved it. in this case i feel the champ should always retain. but a rematch is definitely the best move.

gustafsson went in with a strict game plan to strike. if he wouldve left that game plan and took jones down as much as he could he wouldve won the fight easily......he was so tentitive to even clinch with jones

I don't agree that anyone would have won that fight easily based on one tactic. It is possible jones out works him on the ground and submits him there not to mention that was the first fight bones went down and it was from a great counter from Alex othèrwise there were no other takedowns. But I guess we will agree to disagree.

Im sorry unanimous? It should have definitely been a split decision at the least. Although Jones was the aggressor, he flinched at every punch?! I think Alex got robbed on this one...Ufc judges are starting to be just as bad as the ones in boxing...curious to hear what Dana White has to say...

that was definitely one of the better fights in a very long time. Both men showed what true warriors they are. As a Jones hater, i gained a lot of respect for him. I was sure he would wilt if any one were to ever test time, he got a test and didnt wilt. No one can cry robbery in that fight. To be the man you gotta beat the man. The champ always gets love from the judges, you want the belt you gotta finish. it was a 48-47 fight, and either man couldve easily walked away the winner. I want an instant rematch.
