1911 Beta

So I haven't used my home computer in forever, it is pretty much my mother's since I'm never home. Long story short, I go on 1911 frequently during "break time" at work. I obv never open NSFW forum threads, but there are times when there is nudity in ones post. Admins if you see posts like that can you please delete them. If I run into two or three more, I'm just not going to check out the site =/
I can't believe out of the all the people from this community I'm writing a topic like this.

Simple request, your site your rules but seems fair.

I'm very selective when I browse the 1911 site. I just make sure my 5 year old and wife aren't home when I do check up on the forums due to the fact of what either of them might possibly see. If you're offended...well then I guess it's your choice on whether or not you're active within the site. I don't see them censoring posts like that. Personally I don't see any problems with it; just my 2 cents.

I agree with Polak to a certain point. Only because I check the site at work once in awhile and there are some images that slip through the cracks in threads that are not labeled NSFW. I'm not offended by any of the posts...but if the forums aren't moderated then I'll just save 1911 for home and I won't bother to check it on my lunch break at work. No biggie.

Please don't start deleting posts because they contain NSFW content.

Just edit the thread title to say NSFW, or add in a way for regular readers to tag threads as NSFW.

The majority of threads on the site don't contain offensive material, if it's that big of an issue then read 1911 on your own time on your own computer.

It just dawned on me that NSFW = Not Shit For Work. lol

I agree it common courtesy to label threads as (NSFW) so that people are aware which posts may contain NSFW things.

I just literally had no idea what he was talking about, and thought it was funny that him of all people was having this problem.

There are plenty of people who have moderator access that should be all over that if it is really becoming a problem.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to troll the site and edit every post that has a nudy gif in it, as I only have few minutes here and there to check in from time to time with my new work schedule.

I have NP doing that if I see any, just wasnt aware we were doing that. Sounds good.

Yea I don't expect anyone to watch the forums 24/7. That's why I was saying I agree with Polak to a certain point.... but I could just save 1911 for when I get home from work. No worries.

all im saying is if you want to share and talk about anything crazy just put NSFW in the thread title and go nuts and when there is a good thread with a cool topic dont start spamming it with a rape gif.
i dont believe that 1911 is like 4chan. i see this as a site where i can still keep in touch with nerd friends. when im home or at a friends computer i go through all the NSFW duh.

this doesn't have to be crazy and the moderators don't have to go nuts if people arn't retarded. the communities average age by now has to be like 24
