1911 Beta

I picked up the deluxe edition today. Didn't pre order, but still got that edition(+ some dogtag,lol).

Anyone else who plays this game and want to play?

I have it. I'm waiting until the 290x I just ordered arrives to get into it. My GTX 580s have been stuttering all over the place and I don't feel like waiting for Nvidia to fix the bugs.

I have it as well as do a few of my friends.

ive got and my 660ti ftw is eating it up

I'm using a 4670k and a 6850(settings in the spoiler)
cpu is not overclocked, since im using the original cooler.
Can't find the mounting racket for s1156 so I can mount the antec 620 D: and Antec wants 10euro/14usd for a mounting racket....
I freeze sometimes and so I have to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to close the game, sounds problems(seems like there's many who have the same problem ), but it only last for a short amount of seconds before everything is back to normal.

Apparently this fixes the problem..

Actually I don't have it. Sometimes I'm just lazy too write proper sentences.

My ecga gtx 780 sc handles it really well on full settings. I have 16g of ram and an amd fx-8350(didnt want to buy a new mobo and processor at the time) and honestly during beta i only had the stutter everyone had from the shitty lag.

My two 580s were giving me problems with the beta and now with the retail so I decided to go back to single card with the 290x. Besides Battlefield 4 the 580s were continuing to wreck every game I played with them in 1080p. Just got the 290x in the mail today so I will be trying it out tonight.

Better than my 580s. Although I think there is alot of complaining right now about Windows 7 performance vs Windows 8.

Yeah, i think dice made a deal with microsoft that windows 8/8.1 was going to perform better( probably so people will buy it,lol). Havent really care much about it, just heard it by some guy on youtube.

I think im going to buy Windows 8.1 pro(~540 SEK after discount) + StartIsBack(/or any other program so the start menu is back.)

I'm gonna try and disable core parking first in Win 7 since I think that's what win 8 is handling differently anyway. My 2600k should be having no problems.

The only reason why im upgrading to win 8 is so i can have 2 pcs( gaming + backup/lan/keep files on).
So yeah, why not try Windows 8.1 pro when i get a pretty good discount on it? lol

Yeah I don't get a discount, so $200 just so I can play a game that should be optimized for Win 7 already is kind of dumb. Especially when the rest of Win 8.1 is garbage and designed for touch screens.

there wont be a patch out till i think the 7th though cause it hasn't released in japan yet. its having some bugs with crashes and sometimes sound glitches

To bad they didn't try with the new gpus from AMD (280x, 290x,290 etc)

Bought it, running fine on high. I could run bf3 on ultra with flawless performance, but bf4 is a little inconsistent with fps.

try this. Haven't give it a try myself yet but many have say it gives you better fps. So it's worth a try

Still waiting for Bad Company 3.

Me/john and two of my rl friends have been playing alot, add me on origin if youd like a group of people to play with. Makes the game alot more enjoyable.
