Looking for the best (or close)

I'm in need of somebody who knows the ins and outs of graphic design (or drawing or art or anything of that nature). In the coming month, I will be publishing a new book on Amazon and, before that, I need a cover. I know quite a lot of people on here are pretty talented with design (whether it be photoshop or what have you).
What you could possibly get out of it:
- The chance to get something you make out to people (if that's something you'd like).
- Free creative reign on a project (I have some ideas, but nothing concrete).
- And I guess the most important part, some money if the price is right.
Don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. Send me a message on here for details and, if you'd like to get paid for it, a price with which you'd be happy. Now, if free is that price, I won't argue because I have a budget and shit.
As for the rest of you who come in here and have no interest...as you were.
