Streaming tv/movie sites?

Anyone know any good sites for streaming tv shows or movies? I'm sure they're out there but they come and go and all the old ones I used to use are gone now.
here's a good one for shows, but they don't have everything.

I'm primarily looking for movie sites, but I'll check out whatever you guys have.

A coworker told me about "letmewatchthis.ch" I have yet to try it out, but it may be useful?

hulu.com is one, although these days it's filled with ads and you can only stream this seasons episodes of new tv shows.
