The prosecution overreached. It had dubious evidence of the claims it was going for. This is what happens when you herp`a`derp on a murder charge. Get your ducks in a row if you think she's guilty of the crime you're charging her with otherwise wait or charge her with something more appropriate.

It had its chance to prove the charges in the court. She had her chance to vindicate herself and maintain her innocence.

It is a case like this that give me faith not everything is fucked up beyond recognition in this country.
