The front page right now just has a widget to show the newest created threads, not posts. Movies will be back on the front-page in a bit.

really really annoyed i deleted my countless seasons of jetty demos... i could have had so many clips in this. DOD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD, I HAD NO USE FOR THEM WTF
anyways, finally got around to downloading it and it was incredible, as expected. of course, judging your favorite or "best ever" movies is pure opinion, but imo there has never been a better movie maker than corey is right now at this point in time. if you took every single movie maker to ever make a dod movie, and critiqued their absolute best work, corey wins.
and im surprised to only get fragged once in it.

So is this the "Jetty" that was formed back in, what I think is right, season 11 of CAL? If so, I remember playing you guys that season. Different roster now of course since there's guys from coL and crap. Really enjoyed the movie, good job!

while i agree that corey is one of the best movie makers still around, this movie wasn't anything special. the editing was simple but complemented the frags well (which carried the movie). gj though, nevertheless. i love me an entertaining dod movie here and there
i'm excited to see what you'll do with the greatest hits!

I don't think so. I don't see surge or buzzbee.

THUNDER guys (myself, jaggon, ryan, tox) weren't playing under any form of the Jetty name until after CAL died.. I think. You are most likely thinking of a roster that consisted of jgale, hisey, surge, buzzbee, etc.

Ok, I gotcha. I was just curious as to who may have carried over, if anyone. I do recognize jgale and hisey as I've heard talk or scrimmed/12manned during my brief return to comp play. I remember the team being good since it's inception and was curious as to what it evolved to. Thanks for the info!

ofcourse, it's a matter of opinion. but if you made i check list of the most important things in a movie, he would score at the top of everything except for maybe special effects, which once again is a matter of opinion. some people love them in movies, some people like it more simple. he went the approach in this movie, but had some here and there to spice it up. but as far as the quality, colors, frags, visual/audio sync, flow of the movie.. they're all very top notch imo. maybe i am one of the only people that appreciates when a clip is well sync'd with the song and flows well, which gives it an "epic" type of feel or a buildup and climax going with the music. that takes a lot of thought and effort, not just laying out a bunch of clips on a timeline and dragging a song under it. but thats just me. i can notice and appreciate all of these types of things

I am physically sick that I was not mentioned in a shout out, being one of the founding members of this team. I'm very very sad, btw it was a good movie.
