should just make a steam group & use the steam chat room on there
anything not organized by popping into random vents is done via steam friends anyway

that would be cool. i would like to suggest a rep/point system similar to what the bodybuilding.com forums use. it's a fun way to reward users for funny/helpful/informative posts
