Computer has been having problems the past few days. Random crashes with my sound just bugging out with a gray screen and then my monitor goes blank. I tried running Day of Defeat, I joined a server my game froze and it crashed and then got this message "display driver nvidia windows kernel mode driver version 314.22" and it linked me to this

Is my gpu dying? I don't really know what's going on. I had a previous problem with my other video card where after I got passed the Windows logging-in screen my screen would be black at the desktop and there would just be a cursor. I use a HDMI cable.
