Chemille clarifications

Hey guys i need a couple clarifications on Chemille... as I've seen various things.

1) The roof above the road blocks that can be gotten to from trip windows on the underpass route. is it legal or illegal?

2) Are the bazookas/shreks in each spawn supposed to be there? If there aren't there and are supposed to be, what is wrong? if they aren't suppose to be there and are, what is wrong?

the roof you can get to alone, and it doesnt glitch the map as far as i remember so legal. i never really saw a reason to use it though, so ive only gone up there like 1 time in my life.

How is it silly? I am relatively new to TPG... I haven't played matches really since STA. I have scrimmed Chemille on various servers, some had the bazookas (like my server) and others didn't. Is my server configed wrong or is their's? Do you have to spawn as bazooka to blow the door in wood room?

it's governed by a multiplayer server configuration variable: mp_spawnbazookas... and i think using bazookas on that map will just get you suspended as they glitch on half the walls you could hit them with.

the roof is actually pretty good as part of a crossfire with the sandbags behind the flag as allies when you're just holding the area waiting for factory team to stop sucking.
